FAQs

  • I sectioned my year thusly: February-April, May-July, August-October, & November- January. This tends to work the best with travel/snowbird schedules.

  • Maintaining your standing appointment membership, even when you are not here, will now be the only way to hold your standing session time. If you would like to give it to someone while you are gone, you are welcome to, otherwise it will be open for people to book until your return. This was the fairest solution that allows you to maintain your appointment without you paying for the missed sessions.

  • If life comes up and you will no longer be able to utilize your standing session, I will offer a 75% refund if canceled in writing within the first month, a 50% refund within the second, but no refunds will be issued within the last month of the quarter.

  •  If you can’t make your appointment, you may send whomever you’d like in your stead. If you need to cancel your appointment, my standard cancellation policy still applies: Cancel before 24hr- no fee, within 24hrs- 50% of the cost of the missed appointment, within 3hrs 100% of the cost of the missed appointment.

  • You still can! Your quarterly fee pays for a guaranteed time slot, so you may send whomever you like.

  • This may or may not be possible based on my schedule, but if I can, I will happily accommodate.
